A large majority of orders are shipped in 1 to 3 working days of placing the order, and delivered in 3 to 5 working days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. If we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, and if you have already paid, then you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with each Seller. The one way shipping charges within India vary from Rs.50 to Rs.250.
Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. We ship on business days from Monday to Friday, during business hours only. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
Our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
The Seller offering the product.
Product's availability with the Seller.
The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.
If we are not able to ship your order within 7 working days of placing the order, we send you an email informing you about the reason behind the delay. Reasons may include unavailability of stock, time taken to source the product from any of the boutiques pan India, time taken to manufacture a product for you from scratch, etc. Based on your feedback, we may either extend shipping time or cancel the order. Payment, if made by the customer, would be refunded in accordance to the costs incurred in ensuring availability of the product.

All items in your order may or may not be shipped together.
If you believe that the product(s) you ordered is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order reference number and an image of the package/product.
Please note all products (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
The customer can cancel the order and get full refund only within 24 to 48 hours after placing the order, post which a processing fee (upto but not exceeding the product value) may be deducted (case sensitive).
The return duration will be 10 working days
Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card, your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time, which may be 7 to 15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
Out of Stock
When a product displayed on our website is no longer available, it will carry a message that says ‘out of stock’. In some cases, products that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by Sellers on Getyn?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Getyn. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:

Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
All purchases made on the website, can be exchanged directly with the Head Office, or with the Shipping Center, or at any of the boutiques.
Once sold, all products will only be exchanged, not returned. The products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the product. The products can be returned, if and only if any manufacturing defect is detected in the product.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our Head Office or Shipping Center within 7 days, else we will not be liable to accept the exchange.
Refusal to accept the product at the time of delivery will not be entertained and no refunds shall be made in such cases.
The product is eligible for return in one of the following cases provided the complaint/return request is registered within 48 hours of delivery
-Product is defective/damaged.
-Product is not same as ordered/described – different color, size, style, wrong product.
-Warranty applicable if specified.
Can I change the Shipping Address?
You may request for change of address as long as the order is not packed and ready for shipment. You can track the status of your order from Getyn'My Account' section.
If the order is not yet ready for dispatch, you can change your shipping address from 'My Account' section.
If your current order has already been shipped, you can still update the address in your Getyn Address Book for future orders. To edit an existing address that is saved in your Getyn Account, kindly visit the 'Address Book' page and click on 'Edit'. After you have made the required changes in the Address, click on 'Save'..
